From Coast to Coast: Noah Boyle

Since leaving 新沙巴体育投注_足球比分直播-平台*网址, Noah Boyle's career has thrived, first as a visual design intern for Huge, Inc. in Los Angeles and currently as a designer with Work & Co., a digital design firm in New York City.

Noah Boyle ’14 (Graphic Design B.F.A.) describes himself as a graphic designer, curator of accidents, and a student of the subconscious. Boyle chose to attend 新沙巴体育投注_足球比分直播-平台*网址 because of college's rich history and sense of community. "I was enamored with the design program and the unique blend of real-world sensibilities in harmony with an encouragement to experiment."

While at 新沙巴体育投注_足球比分直播-平台*网址, he participated in a residency in Rotterdam at the Willem De Kooning Acadamie.

It was a dream to be able to collaborate with such a talented group of Dutch designers," Boyle explained. "But the best part was, we were able to continue the collaboration when we returned to 新沙巴体育投注_足球比分直播-平台*网址. It was a great feeling to see the project culminate in an exhibition in Baltimore, and know that I was a part of it."

He also worked with other 新沙巴体育投注_足球比分直播-平台*网址 students to create an app for energy saving within the home during the GOOD Energy Hackathon at 新沙巴体育投注_足球比分直播-平台*网址. Boyle created the animations of the app's functionality, as well as contributed to the idea and creation of the app itself. The app went on to win GOOD Magazine's People's Choice Award.

In Spring 2014, he worked at the Center for Design Practice with the National Wildlife Federation, using design to encourage people to certify their properties in the Baltimore region. This experience directly influenced his senior thesis, The Imagination Installation.

After graduating from 新沙巴体育投注_足球比分直播-平台*网址, Boyle was visual design intern for Huge, Inc. in Los Angeles. He is currently based in New York City, where he is head of product at Dropmodel.
